Multivitamin Use Cuts Heart Disease Risk

A study of over 77,000 people published in the Americal Journal of Epidimiology shows that those who consistently supplemented vitamins for a long-term period (10 years) reduced their risk of dying from heart disease, the biggest killer in the Western world.
